One of my grocer's gets fantastic quality corned beef, pastrami, or roast beef. When I have them slice all my cold cut stuff for sandwiches, when it gets down to the heels they will knock 50% off, and I take the entire chunk that's left!! Always a win for both of us. Never hurts to ask them, and it's easy to cut to trim for different dishes at home.
