2,815 acres year round 20 minutes southwest of Ozona. Wasn't hunted last year. There are 4 stands that come with it along with 4 fenced protein feeders and 5 corn feeders (4 of which I believe are the winch up type). Beyond whitetail, turkey and dove.... there's hogs! Popped some of these last night coming into water since you can tell it's time for some rain!

Lease is still available. Hopefully we will be breaking the drought soon. Had 2-4 inches of rain across this past week so things should be greening up nicely!
