OP Blank THF Trophy Hunter B Joined: Sep 2010 Posts: 5,715 Idaho Falls, Idaho	Girls are running away to Boise for a couple days, so cleaned out the fridge tonight for them. Got out a nice hunk of Angus-beef sirloin and managed 4 good trimmed steaks out of it. They had a shipment of Aloha peppers, and I cut up some russet cylinders for Fondant potatoes (in butter and chicken stock). Two dozen Littleneck clams topped it off!
