And if someone wanted to invade the US, we will need more than 3-5% as the british were fighting in another war at the time and thought we would be a push over. Anyone coming will bring massive amounts of tropps and we will need quite a bit of underground fighting as well as massed in military type forces.

There would still be a lot of work that would be needed besides fighting. Support and logistics requires a lot. Acquiring food, ammunition, medical supplies, resting places, etc..

I don't worry as much about the number of fighters as much as the number of traitors that would be willing and more than happy to give the enemy comfort and assistance. Democrats wouldn't be much help to the cause.
