Left New Barnflies for a little jaunt yesterday. Headed up 281 to Burnet to go look at a place, then ventured over to Llano and then South on 16 to Fredericksburg where I looked at another. Went by Albert on the way to another place just South of Blanco and then on to Bulverde for the last place. Drove through some beautiful country, saw some absolutely great properties and met with some very good people.
The only problem - went by Albert at 11:30 and it wasn't open yet. Next time, I will lay out the trip better.

Passed right by Coopers and never knew they sold Bar BQ at Albert. Ain't going to brew my own beer.
