Good thing I had saved a nice brisket flat for them, to slice up and have as sandwiches also! Heated up the air fryer to get a good warm crisp on them, and made an amazing sandwich. I might just be addicted to tartar sauce tho!! Beer and whiskey, 'cause you can't drink bacon!!

We have a local greenhouse that has the best tomatoes anywhere around, and it's usually May 1st when they open. Beer and whiskey, 'cause you can't drink bacon!!
