Started with a southwestern bag salad with avocado and parmesan cheese added. Took the mushroom stems, green onions and a spoon full of crushed garlic and sauteed in butter for a steak topper. Took Blanks lead and made stuffed mushrooms, Checker French fries and triple cheese rolls. Lots of iced tea to wash it down with.
