The Pei Wei in Waco closed down last year. Wife and I liked the place, but had noticed that food quality was down noticeably. PF Changs is our option now, and Spicy Chicken is what we like, and Pork flied lice, and hot and sour soup. Expensive though. Have y`all tried Cathay House? Cantonese, been around for years, and really good.

I can no longer recommend Cathay House in Waco for Chinese food. They have changed owners. Girlfriend and I ate there last Sunday and it was obvious everything was straight out of a microwave or air fryer. Dang shame. Was a good place for years.

If you are in Denton, Hanasato Japanese Cuisine on University in Razor Ranch. They have sushi, sashimi and other dishes. Everything I've had is great. Several chicken and pork dishes if you don't like sushi.

There’s a new sushi place in Waco, where the Pei Wei used to be, on Valley Mills. Wife and I tried it out, and we approve.
