Have y`all tried Cathay House? Cantonese, been around for years, and really good.

I can no longer recommend Cathay House in Waco for Chinese food. They have changed owners. Girlfriend and I ate there last Sunday and it was obvious everything was straight out of a microwave or air fryer. Dang shame. Was a good place for years.

If you are in Denton, Hanasato Japanese Cuisine on University in Razor Ranch. They have sushi, sashimi and other dishes. Everything I've had is great. Several chicken and pork dishes if you don't like sushi.
hanasatousa.com for the online menu.

If you are in the collyville area Kanta Ramen and Thai is very good. Pics do no justice. Home made noodles and fresh made apps not frozen stuff. Very very good [Linked Image]

There’s a new sushi place in Waco, where the Pei Wei used to be, on Valley Mills. Wife and I tried it out, and we approve.

Looks awesome! I'd eat there. Kinda like a Genghis grill?
