Yes sir I am lucky to have a diversified crew. 2 great painter/finish guys. One is an excellent fabricator as well. My dirt guys have decades of experience as well. This helps us stay busy and for these big vacation properties a one stop shop. I have a list of subs as well for real specialty stuff.

Looks like the start of a nice honky tonk with a big dance floor. Would be perfect but the ladies could not wear heels due to the wood slats used for the floor in the other section. It used to be a train depot

No but I will let my customer know about that one and see if it is on the market. I always wanted to bring Texas Red’s back to life The Breed Hardware building has been vacant for years. Also the old Katy Station restaurant building has been sitting forever. Had quite a few steaks at Texas Reds.

Texas Red and thier strip was always good. Those NM people knews how to bring it. Farmers Gin twernt bad before them.

Our kids were all in a carpool to school in New Braunfels for while. I’d pick up my son there after work. He’d be sitting at the bar working on homework.
