I am not into naming things, especially guns. I think it's silly. But my wife insisted this one had to have a name confused2
So I'm calling it "Second-Hand Rose". All the parts are used and came from trading with various members on this forum.

The Specs:
Remington 700 action - not quite a full blueprint, but slicked up
Criterion 6.5x47 remage barrel
Burris XTR II 6x25 scope - actually bought new - Optics Planet half off special
Take off Fajen walnut thumbhole stock (really beat up) - I reworked and pillar bedded it. I also added the curly maple accents because I think they look cool.
Atlas bi-pod

I built one of my 308's from parts, and called it the PBR (Parts Build Rifle), with a hint of a pun on the beer also.

An unethical shot is one you take, that you know you shouldn't.

Looks like fun.

Will the “remage” fit back into the original rem stock without having to open it up?

This stock was a sporter stock so the channel was way too small for the heavy barrel. I opened it up by using a piece of PVC pipe slightly larger than the new barrel and various grits of sandpaper. It only took about an hour to get it the right size.
