Found this half-off of half-off sale, prime-grade Prime Rib roast from before Thanksgiving. A little bit freezer burned around the edges, but that will trim right off. Looks like the weekend will be just a little bit better now. Beer and whiskey, 'cause you can't drink bacon!!
