Is great. I bought a Jet Stream jacket, one year ago. This past Fall I was laying prone in the dirt a lot while wearing it. By the end of deer season the zipper just stopped. Had to pull the jacket over my head a time or two. So I get a RA # from Sitka and they tell me to wash it before returning or they'll send it right back, no dirty returns. I wash it and couldn't believe the color. I had forgot what it looked like before I coated it in dust. So I had to try the zipper before returning it and it was better but still hung up about every 3-4th try. Send it back less than two weeks ago, brand new jacket gets here today. I've never had a zipper on a jacket act like this and I can't help but think getting it so dirty had something to do with it. The teeth are small, and soft, unlike a metal zipper. I may be sending it back every year, but for $300 or so I'd expect it to last forever under those conditions. In the end, their service was great, no hassle or questions asked, just a new jacket pretty quick.

Didn't know this, but they do repairs that are your fault for a fee. Say you're going over a fence, rip your pants. Send them in. They'll fix them for a fair price with a convenient turn around.
