There was an advertisement in my local paper about a gunshow in Llano this weekend. I have never been to this one before so I was curious about the venue & what prices were like.

I was surprised that this was a very good gunshow. I'd rate it as medium in size. A lot of tables & enough walking room up & down the isles. Plenty of handguns & long guns to choose from. Prices seem similar to the last year or so. Only a couple of tables selling ladies jewelry. Plenty of AR stuff, but not overwhelming like some gunshows. A fair amount of reloading components available. Powder was easy to find, especially the more common Hogdon, IMR & Win varieties. Prices seem to be consistent at $40/lb. Plenty of primers in various brands. Small, large, rifle, pistol, mag, & std. Prices seem to be consistent at $50/brick.

Had a very enjoyable morning of browsing. I bought a break-open .410 really cheap, a couple of older Redfield scopes (I have a soft spot for these) & a RCBS RC press for a bargain price.

I thought I'd share this as just FYI. texas

That is some refreshing news. Hopefully it will continue.
