I found this near Ingram a few months back. The leaves were almost foam like, not much heavier than air. It is a mullien. Great for when you accidentally leave the toilet paper at home!

Verbascum thapsus if I recall correctly. Also called "boy scout wipes", and other common names.

I first saw it 30 years ago in Kendall County. I have now seen it in most of the Hill Country counties I've been in. Seen quite a lot of it in NW Gillespie.
