I was contacted the other day about leasing my place. When I asked how he got my information, he told me it was on OnX. I’m not the most tech savvy guy but, it’s an idea for you guys looking.

Yes this is how a found one of my leases, now me and the rancher have have good relationship. Unfortunately 99% of the call you make will be dead or result in nothing but if you have time it can work.

Same information will probably be on your county GIS map. I sent out a bunch of handwritten notes to landowners using this approach a couple years ago. A couple nice responses, but no takers.
