I shot a couple of yotes today and it got me thinking about getting a call. There’s no shortage of them at my place and I’m wanting to try to get Blackbuck on my place eventually. I know coyotes will wipe out a herd of Blackbuck if you don’t stay on top of them. What’s your choice of calls to hunt varmints.

everyone will have their own likes and dislikes but my favorite is the mini blaster hand call. I have had more luck with it vs an electronic call.

Cheapest and best results I’ve seen is from mouth calls. One thing I never liked doing was walking out to place a call.

This will continue to be the case until we get the ultrasonic caller on the market as this call peaks at approximately 45,000 Hz proving it generates a very realistic sound. In fact, one of my favorite sounds on the ultrasonic caller is a recording of me using the Mini Blaster. All of the electronic callers can and will work, especially when you go into an area with little calling pressure, it's when you repeatedly try to call the same area with sounds that are not reaching true frequency levels.
Adios,
Gary

I dug out an old Fox Pro Scorpian last weekend and called in a Bobcat, then a sow came running in. Guess the dying rabbit sounded like pigs squeeling to her.
