do you suppose there was any beer drinking? Little bitty grocery store in south LA we used to stop at had like 6 gallons of milk total, maybe half 2% and half regular, and 3 aisles of beer. Oodles of tater chips and smokes. Lots of rubber boots and stuff for shrimping, net twine, etc.
