We still have THFers struggling with their diets. This works for me. Sprinkle cashews over your ice cream and apple pie. The real trick is to do it before your meals. Easy as Apple Pie.

It also helps that when you make a sandwich to put the cheese slices perpendicular rather than parallel to the sides of the bread. Also, spread the mayo with the back of a spoon rather than a knife.

Absolutely. It seem as if some on here have been taking advice from others with problems. I don't remember the last time I was sick. I am 85 years old and weigh 160 pounds.

I believe if you chew your food first before swallowing that helps as well.
