Definitely cold weather food tonight. High only hit 17 degrees at the house today. Garlic butter and Magic Dust shrimp, great big 14-20's with nice spicy sauce, and some of that TexMati rice. Short Crown and Coke. Only ate half, and saved the rest for lunch tomorrow. Shrimp is one of my favorites, but a meat that requires constant attention to do right. A window of the right heat, right butter, and about 30-45 seconds per side. Such a fine line between tender and succulent, and tough/white/chewy!!
