Sandwiches with the shredded meat, Cole slaw, baked beans w/ bacon and Lay's chips. Left it plain for other ideas for the left-over meat. You can't believe how tender it is!!!

OP Blank THF Trophy Hunter B Joined: Sep 2010 Posts: 5,715 Idaho Falls, Idaho	TKM: I did 40 minutes, and it was just a tiny bit dry, since we didn't mix any BBQ sauce or vinegar sauce right in with it when I pulled and shredded it. . I think 30-35 minutes would have been perfect.
