Looking for quail lease slot for ‘22-23 season and beyond in S. Texas area. Prefer blow sand country Hebbronville area and south of there. PM me any info.

An old timer told me it’s easier to find a virgin, than a spot on a good quail lease. I have a spot on a lease now, but am looking for another that’s more open , dog running country.

I am Looking for a quail lease as well. Just need place to run the dogs/young kids. Looking west/central TX to the pan handle. Might catch some more Tech games in Lubbock, too.

Would also consider deer lease spot in same S.Texas area that allows quail hunting. Have done this before, and just leave the bird dogs at home during the rut.

Current lease boss called this morning and wants a decision for next season in a week.
Would like to find a more open, dog friendly lease. I’m open to a deer lease spot in same area, quail hunting allowed after the rut.

I’m still looking for an opening on a quail lease in Hebbronville area. Looking for good dog running country. Please PM, text, or call. Five one two-three nine three-1620.
Not looking for a place to kill a limit, more interested in counting the covies my 3 dogs point. Also need to have the option of driving sxs in pasture, which is a common thing in that area. Have an RV, really only need electricity. I prefer to haul my own water. I realize this area commands a premium price, so I’ve budgeted for that. Willing to let somebody tag along on a hunt for a finders fee.
