 She tracks coyotes too

Blood ended after 15yds due to a gut shot and lady finished the track 70yds later. Song dog had run it’s way into a briar patch pulling out most of its intestines with it. Wasn’t sure how Lady would handle the track as she is tends to have a wavering drive depending on the species. Super high for deer, 50/50 for hogs. Funny watching her battle her LSG instincts as she tracked, she marked the trail the entire track. Had zero interest in chewing on the carcass like she would with a deer which was interesting as well. The real question though is how I made a 35lb coyote look as big as my 100lb dog. Super cool...on the way home from the range this morning I saw a dead coyote on the side of the road on 820. I smiled, but not like I smiled seeing the above picture. Always cool watching dogs work and the results of their labor...and in this case, one less fawn killer.
