This small boar showed up just before dark. I dropped him with the 350 Lead. I really like the 180gr Power Point round. This is a fun AR to hunt with.

Good job. I considered a 350 Legend because it is the only ammo on the shelves some days. Seems to work good.

Did you just pick up a new upper, or did you get a new complete rifle... build it maybe?

Did you just pick up a new upper, or did you get a new complete rifle... build it maybe? I bought an upper from Bear Creek when they went on sale a while back. Very affordable at the time. No complaints for a just over $200 upper.

The 350 Legend is a hammer with 180 gr Power Points. If you can get one that's reasonably accurate its a great sub 200 yd hog gun.
