Yeah, but if you only listen to what you want to hear you aren't learning anything.

Only problem with that is one party has been saying the same thing for the last 50 years and they'll say it all again this year.

Yes! A Weatherby does kill them deader.

One party does its best to explain the situation so you can decide for yourself. The other party just tells you what your decision should be.

Used to listen to Stern, but soured when he got too political a couple years back. Also I retired and no longer had a commute.

Now I mostly listen to Rockbar 313 on Sirius

I barely listen to talk radio, barely.

I'm all classical 101.1.

I need it to soothe me.

As long as the mainstream media outlets continue to lie in order to put liberals in office, there will be a sizeable audience for conservative talk radio.

I remember when Rush came on the air, even the democrats I knew agreed with him until the plantation owners told them they were getting off the plantation.

I listen to KLBJ AM 590 out of Austin. No music but good talk show. It gives me hope that not all is lost to the liberals in Austin.

Sirius XM, The Ticket, or 91.7 KXT for me in Dallas. But I have been WFH for almost 2 full years now, so there are several days a week where I don't drive at all or just drive 15 minutes or less. I was a big Day 1 P1 of The Ticket, but the vast majority of the hosts have become way too woke to listen to regularly (especially Craig Miller and Corby).

I used to listen to talk radio, WBAP primarily, whenever I was in the car. I grew tired of the hateful rhetoric. It simply wasn’t good for my heart, and I don’t mean the muscle beating in my chest. I realized it was causing me to see people as enemies. Conservative talk radio has done more to divide our nation than anything else I’ve seen. I have good friends who have never voted for anyone but a democrat. I don’t get how they arrived at their convictions but they are not ignorant, hateful people. Yet more and more, especially over the last decade, my fellow Republicans became hateful and divisive. So I decided to go back to my roots: classic rock radio. Best decision for my heart I’ve made in a long, long time.

No, not at all. But then, I have no idea why you would think so.
