Saw today that Starbucks is lifting theirs.

Soy boy lifts and Carhartt goes full send. WTF?

They make good stuff. Every farmer, rancher and hunter here wears it.

Been needing a new Carhartt coat for really cold stuff. My old one is worn out.

This morning I walked in a new jacket that I've been using, it's a Red Head and good for milder weather. It was 26 this morning with a 25 mph north wind.

I came in and ordered me another Carhartt coat for this stuff. The Red Head made my head red.

It's not that cold for me I'll wear an Overcoat.

Some people are looking at Duluth Trading as an option. Don’t know much about them.

I've got some Dickies that are Carhartt material...I've been really pleased with that stuff. You might check them out as an option too.

I know their commercials annoy the hell out of me.

Meh I’ve always preferred walls. Don’t know that ever bought a piece of carhart. Though I’ve had a couple company jackets that are carhart.

Clothing line is pretty good. Especially warmer stuff. I like their price points. Firehorse lined pants are my go to winter pants

While I don’t agree I understand the actions of some companies particularly with their core client base. Carhartt blows my mind. I would guess the vast majority of their customers are the anti vax type. Why on earth would they do something so boneheaded? The concept of a vaccine is great if it worked but it is obvious to anyone with their eyes open that it doesn’t. Go back in time a few months I could sort of understand the push by everyone to get the jab but now that there is overwhelming evidence that it doesn’t work I can’t believe people are still pushing it so hard.

How would you apply that leap of logic to Starbucks, they dropped their mandate? Do you think the majority of their customers are anti-vaxxers or pro-vaxxers? Do you think their sales will go up as a result of dropping the vaccine mandate for employees? Will all of the anti-vaxxers start waiting in lines for a latte at Starbucks in support of their dropping the vaccine mandate?
