A Democracy is when two wolves and a lamb vote on the dinner menu. That is why this country was specifically not designed as a Democracy. We are a Constitutional Republic.

The only thing I'd have changed is that IPA for a dark stout! Preferably a pecan cocoa or something in that range. grin

High fence, low fence, no fence, it really doesn't matter as long as you're hunting!

What IPA? Inquiring minds want to know!

I used to hate IPA's. Then in college I worked for a company installing custom draft beer systems around Austin with some total beer nerds. I did a ton of systems in craft breweries and got to sample the beers often (often while being schooled about it by coworkers). Now I live a mile from Pinthouse Pizza in Round Rock, It is WAY to easy to drop in for a 4 pack on the drive home from work.

Electric Jellyfish is my go to. followed close by Pseudo Sue from Toppling Goliath brewing in Iowa. HEB just started carrying it. My sister used to have to bootleg it down for me. Austin Beerworks Fire Eagle is pretty tasty as well.

Great pic!

John

Oh yeah!!!

If you like dark stouts and are ever in New Braunfels DO NOT pass up this place. I think last year they were rated as the #2 in the US.
There dark flavored stouts are unreal.....ALL OF THEM

I cannot imagine limiting myself in my frosty beverage selection! I love Porters, Ales (including hefeweizens), a good Pilsner, Stouts, Bocks and Lagers.
