I watched a few minutes of it. Awesome, Thanks for posting. I recorded it to add to add my hard drive at the deer lease to watch there sometime later. I spent some time bird hunting on the Wyoming border and was invited to a camp where one of the ute sheep herders was staying in one of those camper things. Also got to watch some of the dogs with the sheep. Always wanted to know more about the dogs and how they are used.

All warm and fuzzy until you happen across a herd and it's dog while bow hunting and that dog wants to eat your face. Most herders we've come across are Basque herders and speak little to no English. They will trade a young sheep for beer though. Sheep will displace elk from an area, they come back when the dogs and sheep are gone but definitely leave while they are moving through.
The dogs are amazing though, just don't think they want to be friendly and give them a wide birth if you cross some while hunting. Not all are the same but a little caution would be wise.

West side of Routt National Forest near the Wyoming border. Note the dog on the right. Definitely the same breed as in the YouTube clip. I was stuck on that road for a long time. That flock stretched on a long ways on over that hill and would not move. I wandered around on that trip with no destinations and no hurry to go anywhere so I did not care.

Sniper you can just ease through the herd and they will part for you, nothing like a traffic jam in the mountains.
