Novice duck hunter here, so overlook my lack of knowledge. Will duck move/fly much in 25-35 MPh winds. I planned on duck hunting some small tanks this weekend, but the wind is blowing like crazy. Is it worth my time to go out?

Heck yeah, get out there. Only reason not to hunt in the morning is if it requires taking a boat. You do not want to be in a boat in the morning, cbump may still try it..

This. They’ll definitely fly and be more apt to land quickly. I’ll get the boat out but I choose my ramps, spot and route wisely to avoid big water and stay out of the stumps.

Be carful. If your motor fails, that wind can quickly take you to dangerous water. Stumps are good, if your motor fails you can tie off at least.

Just make sure you have enough weights on the dekes or you'll be chasing them all over the place. Other than that it could be some good shooting.

Thanks. Flooded corn. The timber was frozen.
