This was me on 1/2/2022 Holy sheet. So my wife’s young nephews and I get out on the water about 5 this morning using my fil’s little skinny Jon boat. Fog just rolling across the water making visibility about 10’. 20 mph cross wind and 38 degrees. We pull out of the little slough we put in at and get on the main lake. Make It about 20’ before we’re getting slammed by 3’ rollers from the side coming in blind. I said nope. Lol. Turned around and went back to the ramp. Shallow lake down here got rough! Figured blind in the dark and fog and getting hit by random waves was a recipe for disaster
