These guys have a million commercials on TV. They do a one day install of new Shower/Bath.

Buzz...I had them quote a re-do of our spare bathroom about 6 months ago. Their prices are F'n outrageous, they wanted $18K. I told them to pound sand...literally! I guess they need to pay for those commercials.

Let me add...their sales pitch is somewhat high pressure as well. My wife was having none of that.

I can tell you don't use the contractor we did. Took them FORTY FIVE DAYS to get my tub removed and install a stand up tiled shower. Dude had every freaking excuse imaginable. Ended up having to get another contractor to get it finished.

Just do it yourself. Have plenty of time to spare and it might keep you from buying something you didn’t actually want. In reality I redid mine myself. Never did one before. It’s not perfect but I have about 1200 in materials total in it. Cheapest quote I got was 5k plus materials.

When I first saw those commercials I had to Google that Joe Klimchak dude. It's states on the commercial that he is a TV Personality. I never heard of him. I noticed that the owner is no longer on the commercials. Maybe he figured a women could sell more showers.

I haven't personally used West Shore Bath and Shower, but I've also noticed their ads. From what I've heard, they seem pretty reliable with their one-day installation promise. 18K isn't that outrageous for a bathroom remodel if done right and not the Master Bath

Now for their cheap stuff they use I would think it should be around 8k

My neighbor just did a master restroom remodel and they were out $60K.

They just pull the tub and install a shower base, panels and new valve/showerhead. Not worth $18k. They, like others, are a marketing company that happens to sell "remodels". I am sure they use the cheapest subs they can find. Their schtick is high pressure salesman with in house financing.....great deal I am sure. lol. I hope they stay away from my mother in-law.

We just used jcarring99 for our bath remodel. Worked out well.

Those prices seem ridiculous to me. I just paid $1000 labor to have a shower tiled but I did the tear out.
