It appears .png images are working and jpeg are not.

Looks like somebody messed up some permissions (either in the file structure or, more likely, the web service configuration) - even a request directly to an image results in an HTTP 403 (Forbidden). Thus the reason for the text "[Linked Image]" since that's what's in the alt (alternate) parameter in the img (image) tag.

I can upload on the TFF to grab the img tagged image without posting, then cut and paste it here and it works. So it is allowing outside image links. And it is working on the TFF side.
