Looking for a lease since the ranch owners is sub dividing the place into small sections to be sold. We do have a landscaping/ranch mamgment company, sobwe have everynthing to keep the proprty looking good and maintained. We are looking for a year round long term lease, with in 2 amd half hours from rockport. We are mangment minded, and fallow rule to ensure a good relationship with the owner.
