I’ve been burning the candle at both ends more than usual this week, and it’s only Monday. So after dragging into the house tonight, we had a quick and easy meal. Doesn’t get much better than steak with Mac n cheese! No, using mayo is a quality chef trick. Mix it with Parmesan cheese, slather it all over chicken and roll in Panko before frying. Wonderful and extra juicy!!
