Colder than that bag of frozen turkey scraps I got out of the freezer. The soup came out amazing, but a full two-pound bag of egg noodles might have been pushing it!!! I don't know if we need fresh baked bread too, but I WANT it.

Every year I throw the Thanksgiving Turkey carcass into a big pot and cook all day adding vegetables and either noodles or rice. Lasts us for a couple of days and is always a big hit. Looking at yours, I can almost taste it!!
