Started out at 4 degrees this morning, and only warmed up to 17! Colder than that bag of frozen turkey scraps I got out of the freezer. The soup came out amazing, but a full two-pound bag of egg noodles might have been pushing it!!! I don't know if we need fresh baked bread too, but I WANT it. roflmao

Yep, I would have been disappointed without the hot buttered bread. Soaked up the juice too!!

Love that Turkey soup! Every year I throw the Thanksgiving Turkey carcass into a big pot and cook all day adding vegetables and either noodles or rice. Lasts us for a couple of days and is always a big hit.

Looking at yours, I can almost taste it!!

Thats what we do with our turkey leftovers. We add mushrooms and green peas. It's delicious! cheers
