I don't know about that. My carry pistol only holds 8 because I don't want any extra weight.

I'm curious what pistol you shoot, I know ruger's double stack baby nine is very light. I'm fairly sure it's lighter than any of the single stack lines that have been prevalent lately, but I could definitely be wrong

Also, I'm not talking about any of the little tiny 380s, I'm comparing the single stack nines to the double stack nines

My single stack 9 holds 10+1 (Glock 48).

I'm not sure that the P365 will be dethroned any time soon. I absolutely love mine.

Another striker fired polymer pistol. Savage is revolutionary.

It is a little on the ugly side. Just another pistol in a market flooded with options. To many options in that size now. Very few new comers do I see doing much good. S&w just added another to that same market as well.

The only new Savage pistol I'd be interested in would be a re-release of the 1907.

That is the crazy deal, the hellcat, p365 and Ruger max 9 all weigh less than the Smith shield and they are all double stack. I just don't think that people are overall interested in single stack micro 9s anymore. Unless they are considerably cheaper, a person looking for a new micro 9 carry gun probably is not buying a single stack

Picked one up at the DSC today, it reminded me of a heavy shield
