Was wondering how long you will keep and use deer meat processed from a processor that is vacuum sealed? Was thinking no longer than a year. Thoughts?

I process my own, but I do vacuum seal it. Typically, I'm almost out of deer meat about the time bow season starts, so I rarely have meat that goes past 1 year. I have on rare occasion found that one package in the back corner of the freezer that was 2 or 3 years old, and it tasted fine.

3 years+ if vacuum sealed no issues. Make sure you date the packages to ensure you eat the oldest first.
If showing signs of freezer burn on edges it's getting old.

I wrap mine in plastic wrap, then seal it in a vacuum bag. Three years later it's still like the day it went into the freezer - no loss of taste, color or texture.

Deer around here don’t last that long, but if I was going guess I say 1.5 years.

Properly wrapped it will last a few years, but usually we finish ours off by September.

Temperature is the key. If it is vacuum sealed and held well below 0F continuously, then several years.

Yeah, I'd say over a year but I use it by then.

I think everyone will see the common item in this thread. I have let mine go and tested one, two, even three years later. Sealed well, no air touching the meat. Whether you wrap in Saran Wrap, vacuum pack it, or what - if it's done right, then it lasts years!!!

I'm sure that well-packaged meat can last in the freezer for more than a year. However, I have decided that once a year, I'm going to go through my freezer and pressure can anything that has been hanging out in there for a year or more. Canning will give you shelf-stable meat for years if done correctly. A good way to diversify your food portfolio.
