Get better SD, take it easy, just watch football and drink a ton of Gatorade.

It's just a matter of time. Everybody around me has it. family members, GF's Son and his family in H Town all have it,

Hopefully it will be the Mild version of The Omicron

In got a couple home tests from Amazon before everything went off the rails (thanks Joe for having us prepared)

I'm saving them, hope I dont need them.

Hang in there and keep us posted

happy f'ing new year cheers

Lots in these parts testing positive now. Here's hoping your symptoms are as mild as what is being experienced down here.

If you find yourself feeling useless, remember it took 20 years, trillions of dollars, and four presidents to replace the Taliban with the Taliban.

Sometimes the Universe puts you in the same situation again to see if you’re still a dumbass.

Get well SD! Push Health is where some on here are getting the Ivermectin.

I went to see my brother in a nursing home yesterday in Commerce. They told me there were four cases in the home. They put me in a disposable gown......WTH does a gown do? I made a quick visit and bailed.

Wife and I tested yesterday, waiting on results. Several family members visiting over the holidays turned up sick and positive. So we will see. NO bad symptoms yet.

I’ve been taking this for over a year and a half, haven’t missed a day. As a Hospice and Home Care nurse I’ve been around a lot of folks with COVID. Haven’t missed a day of work, no working from home. This stuff has worked for me and most of my pts. are in Dallas.

Shane, prayers for you and your wife for God’s healing touch.

SO, you take these daily as a PREVENTATIVE or as a cure if you have it?

I tested negative yesterday. But I have the same symptoms as you. Bad aches, fever, cough, congestion. They say a flu bug has been raging but I don’t know what to think about the testing.

My doc put me on that when I got it, except without the Quercetin and with aspirin and of course Ivermectin.

IF you took the 'Rapid' test it has a high percentage of false negatives depending upon whether you had symptoms at the time and a high Viral Load or not.

Also, there are various rapid tests the quality of each much be considered. Anyone testing negative with a rapid test should follow up with a PCR test (MUCH more sensitive and accurate).

The Rapid Tests are fairly decent at returning an accurate 'positive' result but its strength is in revealing a person with a HIGH viral load and their current state being one of shedding the Virus (transmitting to others). IF you test early or late in your infection....it may not (often does not) show up on a Rapid test and you get a false negative....when you are actually positive.

The PCR test can detect the Virus at the molecular level even before you have symptoms. But will also show it long after you are no longer shedding the Virus. So IF your work/other requires a 'negative' result then take the Rapid test after symptoms have subsided.

Each test has it strengths and weaknesses. But far too many folks are taking the rapid test unaware of its potential to give inaccurate results.

Also, with the PCR test....you can now be tested for the Flu at the same time, same swab, no cost, nothing extra to do.

I’ve been taking them over a year and a half as a preventative along with wearing a mask when required and using hand gel after touching gas pumps, pts., etc. Also had two Moderna shots that I didn’t want in order to keep my livelihood.

Still Fever 100 consistent now. The runs are horrible, almost explosive.

Weak and still have a headache. I cough dry but on occasion the popping will happen and phlegm will come out, just not very often.

This is nothing I do not think anyone could handle it's like a flu, but it's not over.

Thank you all for the get better soon wishes.

Note: I went to a drive up testing facility and took almost 36 hours to get results.

My doc told me days 6-7 are the worst and he was spot on. Hang in there and be sure and stay hydrated.
