Anyone ever hunted before and/or after an overnight temperature drop of roughly 50 degrees? Will strong winds on Sunday keep them bedded despite the cold making them hungry?

They will feed up to the drastic change, then bed down until the wind calms….

Depends on how bad the range conditions are and what shape the deer are in. A green wheat/oat field may be the hot spot in some areas for late season post rut bucks. If your plot or feeder is down low or in tall canopy out of the wind the deer will still move. They have their winter coat on and they will feed if and when they need to.

They will feed up to the drastic change, then bed down until the wind calms…. They'll be awfully hungry when the wind calms.

I’ve hunted the opposite 25 Friday night and 79 Saturday afternoon. I didn’t see much movement either sit.
It’s 81 degree here South of 290 and North of 10, it’s supposed to be 27 here in the morning
I’m down here playing cleanup, already shot a doe and a spike this afternoon
Never been to a camping world. I prefer Dick's to be honest.

Wind hit at 5:15 yesterday evening. It was 75 when I went to the stand @3:30. It was 38 when I went back to my truck at dark. 1st deer started moving at the 4:30 feed, and by dark there were 10 at the feeder. They were spooky when the wind first hit but settled down after about fifteen minutes. Only thing the temp change did was glue their noses to the ground... But there was at least one looking around.
