Still watching it snow, I have shoveled 4 times today, and now have a weather alert for another 2-8" and high winds tonight. Brrrr!!! Diced pork al pastor, fried tortilla, Hatch Chile rice, and cream cheese and cheddar poppers!! That looks perfect to me!
It was 78 degrees here today so we took the pontoon boat for a cruise to test some IPAs.
