Willing to pay to have access to LARGE properties to hunt coyote, bobcat, crows. Rifle and shotgun. Willing to check in and out. Willing to limit access to non-deer hunting seasons. Will obey all rules. Will obey all TPW laws. Will obey all of God's Laws.

What part of the state are you looking at? There are some E TX, and SE TX, hunting clubs that have reasonable dues, and offer off season hunting.
