I signed up for his emails. He sends one email a week on average with his newest recipe. Some of the stuff he makes blows my mind.

He's got some great recipes. Usually they are pretty simple too. His recipes seem to be more on great technique than crazy ingredients. Although he does get out there to try and stay traditional on a lot of dishes. I really like his Pozole Verde recipe. All of his shank recipes are freaking awesome.
