One of the best mesquite prime ribs I have ever had. I would put this right next to Perini Steakhouse any day. Our guests were amazed. 24 hours before Kosher salt, fresh ground black pepper and garlic powder in fridge uncovered(Christmas Eve). Pulled out of fridge 6 hours before putting on Kamado then slathered with real butter and Herb De Providence mixed together. You have to have name cards at your house? Almost 30 years of marriage I have learned to just let that subject be. In the past we were having 15 plus people over for Christmas and Thanksgiving....difficult for my love to let things go.
