I was in Academy in N Richland Hills this am, shelves half full. They had a number of different powders, much to my surprise. They were $40-50 per LB! No primers.

.223, .308, and .22 galore and plenty of 9mm and .380. Hit or miss on everything else with some calibers being mostly a miss.

Local Wally-world had some 350 Legend, 45-70, and one box of 22 mag that followed me home. No shotgun shells.

Blows my mind that you can get 223, 5.56, 9mm all day long and you cannot find a box of 270 anywhere. I don't get it. The hunting rounds are still scarce.

All the legacy ammo is still hard if you're not able to arrive within the first hour or two after stores open. I landed a box of 25-06 last week but it took being there 10 minutes after the store opened. And there were only four boxes on the shelf at the time. Thankfully, store policy kept some a-hole from arriving later to buy the remaining three boxes.

Been a week or so ago but Academy on 380 at The Colony had 20-30 boxes of 270.
