It’s started for me. I have gained 5lbs in the last week. Daughters wedding, cookie trays for the holidays, and loads of junk food in the last few days are starting to show. Lost 15lbs with my shoulder surgery so a few extra pounds makes my clothes fit a little better. Anyone else suffering from the holiday season?

I bought a 2.5 pound Porterhouse steak today. By this time tomorrow I should be 2.5 pounds heavier.

I'm down 30 lbs in the last couple of months but I did put back 5 the other day (and lost it again). I'm doing the no sugar added thing and mostly eating in.

I’m down 30+ pounds since September. I did it the easy way. 25 days in ICU with a busted colon and I don’t remember any of it. I’ve actually gained about 10 pounds in the last 2 months thanks to Whataburger.
Without a sense of urgency, nothing ever happens.

A while back, one of my little granddaughters patted my stomach and said "Grampy, your belly is so big!" I wouldn't trade that memory for a "perfect" internet life...ever.

I blew all my money on an education. Why did you go to a private school in High School? Education alone will not make you a good living. You also have to have a gift. Some get there with the gift t to excel in sports. I went into sales. I could sell snowballs to to Alaskans. .

I'm up 25 since Sept, hunting season been yummy in my tummy. I start working out and eating better Jan 15.
Next year I've got some pretty serious hunts
