Was for dinner. Found the recipe online. I doubled the batch but didn’t double the heavy cream. Came out pretty dang good but a touch salty as the sausage already added enough salt and I was short on the heavy cream. But I know for next time. Also should have made cornbread to go with it.







Next time I will probably quadruple the recipe make cornbread also and don’t forget the heavy cream. Also I didn’t use tobasco I used crystal Louisiana sauce. Man I love that stuff

When you crush the potatoes they knock down pretty good so there’s no big pieces. Definitely will be making it again.

I love spicy potato soup. Mashing the potatoes makes it much thicker and creamier.

I made this last night and added diced tomatoes and mushrooms to it. Not a drop left in a bowl anywhere with teenage daughters in the house. And you know how picky they are.
