Client/Friend is selling his 78 acres located just West of Garven Store. Roughly 1:45 hr from San Antonio. Nice divide country property located in the Rewards Ranch subdivision. Unimproved Raw tract, property is fairly gentle, has nice Live Oaks and thick grass. Seller has seen Axis and blackbuck as well as the common Whitetail, Turkey and pigs. Electricity is available. I just sold one of my Real county properties for $3500 an acre. Guess I left money on the table. 
Life is too short, as is. Don't chance it.

Have they had any luck hunting this year so far ??? in real county all that is needed is to throw up a corn feeder, and assuming all the deer were shot of the parcel, they'll be back in a month. pretty thick population. Bucks are hill country bucks
