My son is looking for a lease for 2022 and beyond to get the family back together and into the woods for the elders to enjoy before they pass. Would prefer it to be within about 3 hours of the city of Canton and would need to accommodate 8-10 hunters. Direction from Canton is open and doesn't really matter as long as you can camp on the lease and hang out and enjoy their time together. If you have something or know of something, please message me here and I will get you his contact info or give him yours. Thank you in advance.

That would have been mentioned if I actually knew what their budget is. It is my adult son that is looking so I don't have that information but I would guess that budget would be determined by the individual lease. A lot of leases fit certain criteria budgets but are actually terrible leases. It would kind of be like walking into a car dealership and saying, I have $100,000.00 to spend, what do you have. Just my take on the situation.

If I had to guess, I would say around $2,000 per hunter and there would be 8 to 10 but when it all comes out it the was it would probably be 8. lol
