Sorry for the delayed response...been hunting all weekend. Smoke on cold start like valve seals are bad. Weird thing though is its not all the time. Wanted to ask a mechanic that knows the engines to see if this is normal.

white. really odd, once every so often it will do it mainly on a cold start. This weekend started it up after a 2 week layoff and it started time each morning. with zero smoke.

I think its just water vapor/condensation if its just white and only at startup.

I have a 2001 Grizzly and it does that some times when cold. I agree i think its water vapor or condensation.
