Cool Who has eaten them and how do they compare to whitetail, elk or? Same as elk. Milder than whitetail and closer to a super lean grass fed beef IMO. Back straps and tenderloins are better than whitetail by a wide margin. Hindquarters steaks will be tougher than whitetail but still manageable if you don’t want it processed.
