I'm not sure why squirrels are so attracted to horse apples. They tend to explode like grenades when a 52 gr hpbt hits them at 3200 fps.

This squirrel was right on top of one and BOOM. It blew him and the big chunks about ten feet away before he tried to recover and scurry up a tree.

He got about six feet up this cedar before he realized he was daid.
